TREKANTOUR E.I.R.L. Provide all security measure for our passengers carry out their activities without any problem.

The rent includes:

 

• Bicycle.

• Helmet.

• Lights.

• Lock.

• Repair kit.

 

For all rentals is necessary leave the Passport as a deposit.

 

• RESERVES AND MEANS OF PAYMENT.

 

The reservations are made via web, phone or Whatsapp, these will be valid for 12 hours until payment is made.

The rental payment is cash only, on Chilean pesos (CLP), and in our office.

 

• LOST, THEFT OR ACCIDENTS.

 

TREKANTOUR E.I.R.L. is not responsible for accidents, theft or loss of bicycle and accessories. The passenger must reimburse the lost accessories.

 

Lost accessories:

 

Bicycle:         $ 130.000.- CLP      USD 200.-

Helmet:         $ 20.000.-   CLP      USD 35.-

Pump:           $ 10.000.-   CLP      USD 20.-

Lights:           $ 3.000.-     CLP      USD 6.-

Dismantlers:  $ 1.000.-     CLP      USD 2.-

Bike tube:      $ 2.000.-     CLP      USD 5.-

Lock:             $ 15.000.-   CLP      USD 30.-

 

 

*The bikes are in good conditions, with their maintenances..
